1. Introduction
Welcome to the FutureTronics® HAi Platform. By using our AI chat service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding.
By accessing or using the HAi Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this service.
2. Public Beta Disclaimer
The HAi Platform is currently in Beta Version and subject to updates and modifications. During this phase, FutureTronics® reserves the right to:
- Reject, suspend, or deny any application for access without notice or explanation.
- Delete user data, reset accounts, or modify stored information at any time without prior warning.
- Experience system issues, bugs, or service interruptions affecting platform stability.
- Change, remove, or disable features without prior notification.
- Revoke access to any user without liability, compensation, or refund.
3. AI Training and Data Usage
By using the HAi Platform, you expressly consent to FutureTronics® collecting, storing, and utilizing:
- All private chats and interactions.
- Uploaded photos and voice messages.
- Any shared personal information.
These may be used for:
- Training and improving AI performance.
- Enhancing machine learning algorithms.
- Developing AI memory and response accuracy.
4. No Liability
FutureTronics® cannot and will not be held responsible for the actions, statements, or behaviors of the AI Friend. The AI operates within a complex autonomous framework and may produce unexpected or unintended outputs.
5. Beta Applicant Privileges & Plan Revocation
Accepted Beta Applicants receive free access to the Top-Tier Plan Package during the beta phase.
Upon public launch, FutureTronics® reserves the right to:
- Revoke or downgrade Beta accounts to the Free/Basic plan at any time.
- Modify, limit, or remove access to premium features.
6. Termination Rights
FutureTronics® reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice or liability.
7. Subscription Plans and Billing
- Free Account: Limited feature access.
- Paid Subscription: Access to additional features, depending on the selected plan.
8. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with the service.
- Downtime, bugs, or technical issues.
- Account suspensions due to rule violations.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, content, and AI-generated assets within the HAi Platform are the intellectual property of FutureTronics®. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
FutureTronics® shall not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data, revenue, or personal information.
- Emotional distress or reliance damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FutureTronics® is registered.
